How can I solve?

I recently started using this Community Suite 4.2.2 platform, in fact I tried to load the plugin in my forum
but it gives me this problem ...

(The application you uploaded cannot be installed because it is not a valid application, the archive is corrupt or the file and directory permissions in /applications do not allow it.)

Do you know how to solve this problem if it is possible?

Hi, as I can see you are running 4.3.3 latest version. If you haven't tried, try to give 777 permissions to applications, hooks and datastore directory on your server.

Follow those steps, if you still have the problem extrac the .tar file on your desktop and upload the application via FTP in the /applications folder
