Amazon Refund Service[ us,uk,ca,it,de]

i dont know my account get everytime baned from amazon if i try using vocher or buy something whats wrong ?

Is this still available i have a order of 140 a hdd and i would like a replacement (another one ) the order was done this month 07/18 can i get a new hdd and what is the cost.

* Side not i already had before a refund for something similar a 500gb SSD last year on the same acount, will this affect me in any way

So i can do this for the united states amazon as well . It seems very smart with a side of risk which is always fun.
