Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is still a game that's worth it's price. There are a lot of players everyday but also alot of toxic and cheaty ones.
Gameplay is kinda akward but in my opinion better than a cod mw2

i think that CS:GO started to lose its initial hype.. i think that who are still playing CS:GO are the ones who started playing it since 2005 or so.. there isnt so much freshness in the game. iknow that it can be highly addictive, only if you play with your freinds.
long story short.. if you're going to play with your freinds who are maybe old CS players then yes it's worth it.. else.. i don't think so..

game is dead better FPS out there like R6S and PUBG they have better hitboxes and shooting mechanics CSGO is just out dated

It is very fun. i got it for 50% during the Christmas sale. It is a fun game. But I've been playing fortnite recently so haven't play it to much lol
