Is it possible to sleep for only 4 hours? If yes, how have you managed?

If you live an active lifestyle no definitely not, however if you are pretty lazy in general and dont move around much, it might be possible if you go for some sort of 90 minute main "sleep" then fill in the gaps with 20 min naps however it very much depends on your body in general, some will find it easy some won't, in general though getting a lot of sleep is good, not just to feel refreshed but it also force stops you from doing something for too long and burning yourself out in it.

It's possible, but not recommended. Sometimes you can take the sacrifice to sleep less in case you need to get stuff done.

Cause of my job and freelancer stuff. Sometimes I just have few hours of sleep, but with a lot of coffee i can make through. But the sleep quality is the main objective here, if you can sleep few hours and feel fresh, than you can keep this habbit.

I really not think it possible, your body need at least 6 hours per day. and beside that, sleep is fun!
