[XF2] XenForo Media Gallery 2.0.1

Some of the changes include:

• Prevent some errors arising from media assigned to non existent categories
  
• Ensure censoring is applied to various publicly viewable user generated text
  
• Prevent issues arising from servers which do not support set_time_limit
  
• Fix a bunch of issues when upgrading from very old versions of XFMG (including pre 1.0 upgrades)
  
• Ensure the full attachment record exists when re-building thumbnails for images

I wouldn't mind using this on my forums. I have a couple where members have asked for a gallery section. Will be interesting to see if this works with my version.
