In case there are lovers of photography the VSCO app I think is the one that has the best filters, I think it is also for android.

What's funny about VSCO is that it's half photography, half teenage girls acting like it's a super-secret Instagram page.

VSCOcam presets tend to pull too much highlight which I find a bit 'depressing' . Really Nice Images' app (RNI Film or Colibri) is more subtle and brighter, which i find more appealing.

I think VSCO is not worth its money (subscription), such filters can any person for a couple of hours to do.

I don't think the subscription is worth the money at all lol. I bought some filter packs that I liked and that's it. It's still my photo editing of choice for my phone camera photos.

I do have the VSCO and is still testing out its full capabilities. I am not so sure if it open-sourced but that will definitely make it my best if it is.
