Low FPS or not | GTA V

i have i5 8400+gtx 1080+8 GB RAM
and in GTA V my avg fps on ultra settings with 1080p is 75.

such fps is normal in this set or not very?

Why are you moaning unless your getting drops under 60 it doesn't really matter does it now?

I have a 75 hz monitor and if there is a drop from 75 frames to 60 I feel it very much

I've done a bit of looking on the internet and it says the following:
1. Go to nvidia control panel 2, Manage 3d settings.
2. Go to program settings tab
3. Select GTA 5 or add the client
4. On power management mode, select prefer maximum performance

(I don't know if you have already done this)

I have the same problem, It`s prob because we have just 8GB RAM

believe it or not but my fps in GTA V is around 90. This is when i run it without an extra monitor attached to my laptop.

it seems be normal; its just optimization from game to ur computer maybe u dont have some driver to card graphic maybe u should install nvidia experience
