I suggest you FastVM, cheap vm with good specs, perfect for mc servers

in last years i used ovh to make big networks and fluctishosting to make funny server for friends or simple servers with few game modes, i think fluctis is one of the cheapest and ping in europe was about 150ms.
not the best to pvp but it is enough to test servers or play with friends.

Cheapest is hosting it on your own machine, you gotta keep it on all the time though, takes a decent ammount of resources aswell.
