What makes you want to mutilate you cock and stuff silicon bags under breast even though you were born a male.

Was it based on personal experience and feelings growing up that makes someone make such a decision? Traumatic experience? Homosexual > Trans? Or maybe they don't classify as homosexual and just say they are straight up female and like males?

Or being born already feeling like you didn't need a weiner?

Plus it's expensive so I doubt many trans don't go through with it and probably know people or idols they follow who have and look at them as inspiration?

Enlighten me. I would like to understand better and relate.

hmm i guess some people just really wanna be female, there's a difference from being gay and being trans, usually id say gay people accept that they are male/female and like the same gender, but dont want to be the opposite gender, while trans people could like any of both genders, but feel as they would fit better as the opposite gender

This is indeed correct. Transgender people don't associate themselves in the same waycis-people do with their gender. They feel it isn't them, it's not their body, they're not the person they are looking at in the mirror. When they change, and see a difference, they can start to associate themselves a lot better, feel a lot more at "home" in their body, and accept their new identity more comfortably. Hormone therapy does a lot of work pre-surgery and you don't often even need silicons to have breasts. As you start to age up you feel more and more that the body you are in isn't yourbody and it feels wrong.

Some will do it before puberty, some will wait out puberty, some countries actually provide free transitioning because it's paid for by their health insurance but you need to have a whole lot of conversations with a therapist to make sure that it really is what you want, and as said above, you're not just gay, just lesbian, or simply just bi.You are actually a female on the inside but born with a male body. Or, you're actually a male born with a female body. Often than not, this behavior is seen as early as age 2. Things you won't often pick up as a parent that can be seen as gay, lesbian, bi, or even transgender, but are still there. Things like wanting to play with dolls instead of cars, wanting to play soccer instead of dressing up dolls, and so on.

As for surgery, it's the ultimate wish for a lot of transgenders, yet, not many actually go through with it because it's life-changing. You need a whole year for it to be the norms appearance. You will have to take care of it your whole life, ensuring it doesn't try to completely shut itself. You need to keep it open for the rest of your life.

Well i have some friends who been there and done that,I can only say from conversations i've had with them. Some have told me that they've had an uncle brother or another family member touching them in some way or another. They've never told anyone and not to mention some of the things that are probably being told to them while they are being attacked. Some people also told me that they were just born like that you know some are male but feel female inside or raised by a bunch of women which i dont believe cause i've had friends raised by a bunch of women and isnt gay at all.I think you are who u are no need to change yourself completely this actually causes problems ie sexually because there will be some truth trust issues with a male.no trans is gonna come right out and tell you they are a male so that leads to a bad start right there with lying.I never understood transgender people even my friend during the day hes not dressed in female attire but at night he does i think they're just confused an need help finding who they want to be just as anyone else in life

it would be really hard to tell when I am not transgender myself, but I would say they feel like other gender and want to look as close as they can to that gender in their day to day life

Difficult topic. I sometimes wonder what would happen if people who are transgender were raised in an entirely male society without knowing females exist. Would they still get that feeling, but just not understand it? Or is it society having two genders that causes it?
