Lua is worth it.
Fast learning you need it in many situations and its a really famous as well

Depends on loads of variables. Main thing is how it relates to real life logic/words, so things like java/python will be a good starter

You're question isn't really clear. If you mean fastest performance wise, I'd say C++ for general software development. If you mean fastest for learning, I'd say C#.

he first real-deal coding language I learnt was C++. I'm not a pro, but I can make things work. This language is pretty self-explanatory and there are TONS of tutorials, guides and so on on the Internet. If you aren't familiar with anything like that, it might be a better solution to learn something basic like HTML/CSS. Make a website, make it work, be proud Smile.

When you say fastest do you mean performance fastest or learning fastest?

Performance fastest is subject really to platform and chip, but generally C++ and ASM.
