It is obviously possible especially with the aid of coffee, but it is really bad for your health.

with only 4 hours of sleep i feel like fucking hell its terrible the body requires 8 hours normally.

dude ive been having trouble sleeping lately, i try to get whatever i can get, like if I sleep a few hours im happy, if I sleep 10 hours im happy.

There's this thing called an alarm which you can set to go off in 4 hours and wake up

Definitely possible. Had a period where I was only getting four to five hours regularly, but I managed.
Just wouldn't recommend it for fun. :peace:

It is possible to sleep 5-7 hours and feel energized and alive. But 3-4 hours is not for every body. Sadly you have to be born with certain dna to be ok with sleeping a few hours

yea you can sleep for 4 hours but your mind will not work properly lool , just put alarm and drink cofe
