EDIT:

Sadly, not working, after I create user it sends me toadmin/setup/adminsetup.php and nothing happens.

it runs using mysql, once you created a database then you make the admin user , make sure you have a running database first,follow the instructions folder.

Maybe I didn't set it right, but I entered all mysql data and nothing. Alright, gonna try again

Vouch! Works, I'm just stupid entered DB name in IP adress xd

This pannle is pretty shit, no offence i wouldn't use it form personal experience.
