There are several other types of games in different genres that could be classified as the best game only for that genre though. In my personal opinion there is no full wide best game, unless the game consists of all genres.

I think fallout is very vast, but full of bugs too. often you could give boring. I prefer games with less freedom, but more stable and bethesda does not often play very stable games! <3
