Do I have a good pc ?

8GB RAM
Dunno if it's balanced or not, I don't have I realy good mother board

Sounds pretty good to me.. good video card, pretty decent cpu... what's the motherboard that's no good, out of curiosity?

That's a fabulous setup, the only time I encountered issues with capacity on a similar build to that was on my RAM. Watch Dogs 2 is so poorly optimized that when you install the graphics DLC and play it uses up 10-12GB of ram. Unless you encounter the same situation as me that computer is looking hella fine! :D

It's pretty good for gaming by the sound of it. Should handle most new games.
