What is the difference between PC and Laptop?

Yeah as Furzer said desktops are highly customisable. i have Custom made desktop that i use for gaming and mining. It has 20GB grahics memory and 5TB HDD. on the other hand a laptop can be customizable but it was built to be light weight, portable and non cumbersome

Laptops tend to be more expensive, but its worth the price because of mobility.
