Is overwatch worth buying in 2018?

Yeha if you like the game you want to buy, buy it, if you have someone you know who would trust you to use their acc ask them to play it and have a preview.

It's very much alive and doing well. The esports scene in it is booming as well.

Overwatch's graphics is really cool, they also got a huge fanbase, but if you're not into this types of games i suggest don't buy since it's hard.

I'd definitely recommend as a player who plays nearly every day; Overwatch is a very fun shooter game still, even in 2018. The playerbase is still quite high and the game won't be dying out too soon. Competitive is quite frustrating, but fun.

yea, its still a great game and a huge fan base. i would consider it a good option especially transitioning to pc gaming
