I had 2 skins, some dances and 2 stuffs from Twitch Prime because i linked my Amazon Prime with it.
Nothing super cool, but better than standard skins!

If you have Save The World then you will earn V-Bucks which can be used to buy skins, dance moves, etc.

If your on PC, I believe you can go into the game files and change your skin, unless this is patched.

If you do not have Amazon/Twitch Prime you wont get anything for free

Certain ranks can give you 100 v-bucks. Do 10 of them and you can buy the battle pass, and get skins that way.

With Twich Prime, or buy save the world and get some vbucks for free!

if you did the twitch prime thing you get two skins
