Can i play CSGO?

You won't get a lot of FPS, maybe about 100. CS:GO got more and more laggier the last 2 years. But you can test it out, CS:GO is free for offline play and for watching the major, which is over now, but you can still play offline with it. So just go and test it out.

It can yes, but it depends on how you are going to play, casual, competitive etc .. I play with my not 6GB RAM without board, all in low and good fps game in 70 80 ..

You can easily play CSGO with those specs, have fun with the game man

Not know but as the frightening for your computer,perhaps and truth will 60+ fps ,but on dust and only.
