Funny enough I experienced one last night. I was just lying there thinking of random junk and started picturing things in my mind. I basically forced myself to have an awake dream but then I fell asleep while I was still conscious and was able to control my dream.

It was basically a thought that slowly developed into a dream which got more and more vivid until it became a full on dream.

Hope this made sense.

Start by being cognoscente of everything, be very observant on how people treat you and everything around you. Start becoming sleep deprived and you will eventually develop sleep paralysis. At the point you will encounter conscious and subconscious sleep where you are aware of what is going on in your state of being. You might encounter that sometimes you are fooled or perhaps can't tell if you are in that state. Like anything else you will eventually get good at it and make it happen.

Somebody probably already wrote it but for me it works best to sleep like 6-7 hours then wake up by alarm and do something for 30 min or max 1 hour and then go back to sleep

its kind of hard to channel properly, i've had the sensation around 3 times before where ive been in a dream and i suddenly realise somethings up, but then i snap back to reality because i get too excited.
