Best Champ for newbie?

Garen, Ashe and Master yi are pretty good for beginners, maybe Lux too.

And actually most of the low priced champions are begginer's friendly, that will help you getting used to the game. Have fun! :D

Garen is in my opinion one of the easiest Champs. you have no mana to care About, you are Pretty tanky and you have op Sustain with passive.

Master Yi, Q/E/R easiest champion xD It's also one of the cheapest and has really easy to remember builds.

Karma (for support and mid play); Malphite and Maokai (for the top); Vl (for jg); cait and ez (for adc)

Garen is very simple, easy and op in every division so this is my pick :D
