personally any seo service done for 5$ or 20$ is useless. they are usually curious kids thinking they can make money online easliy. but still you may find some professional who is offering 10$ dolar service. thats because most probably that professional wrote some script and doing an automated task for for. long term short: if they seem professional enough just go for it. but dont expect a 10$ service to give you hyper boost.

There is a site called Fiverrup, they are cheaper, but I dont know anything about the quality. I am considering it, but I am a littlebit worried about my accounts, so I will use only test accounts to begin with.

I haven't tried that yet but I've heard that some of them are great at SEO but who knows, you still have to be really lucky to find one of them

Think about it, what is $5 going to get you? 10 minutes work? I'd spend time doing your own SEO if you want it done right.

Don't do it imo. I did it and tracked down the backlink. Super low quality and spammy.
