So i have 1k in a paypal account for a year now , It's still limited .I remember it got limited since it was the first i receive 400$ at once. I tried to make an id verification and give every proof possible but paypal wouldn't take it . I can withdraw the money with a usa bank account , unfortunetely i don't have any , i'm not a us citizen . So if you guys have any advice or fix you can give to me .I'll be super grateful.
People will request payment tho, I don't think someone will give you their belongings and personal information for your lost money. that seemed to be blocked because you have been doing some illegal things.

Cant verify huh? Did you scan your id's or took pictures?
Well i did , It just looks like they want to get stupid with me , I'm not trying to criticize or anything . but i contact them to fix a problem and they answer with a fix that makes another problem . I just let it down for some time.

Makes sense. My friend who did it, it took like 3 days just to get it fixed. Its quite pathetic but if it ever fixes it, then go for it. The only way to get your account fixed would be by support. Other then that, your out of luck.
