Fruit is plenty of sugar, so veggies is my choice. I don't enjoy them as much as fruit but I can't cope with obesity...

Fruit doesn't give you obesity lol . The sugars in fruit are healthy . I eat fruit in the morning and veggies in the evening .

Like both, enjoy both, but try to erase both during my keto diet. Only few veggies are in with low carbs, so I try to avoid .
As soon as my body is where I want it to be, I will start intervall

Anyone else here doing keto diet or HCLF?
How is your progress? Are you doing sports in parallel to improve?
The fun is that grease is allowed and meat and cheese goes easy with other yummy stuff. But sometimes the food gets to strange and monotone, and I miss bread and other "unhealthy stuff" like chocolate and sweets. But at the moment I am happy with the progress so I try to focus on the results...

Fruit for sure, I feel like fruits have more taste in general over vegetables.

I would say fruit as I've never been a vegan. Rarely eat veges (more likely every 2 months lol).

I'd rather eat your mom's pussy. Does it count as a fruit or as a veggie?
