I have watched every episode from TWD till now and they are OK, they are not so entertaining as they used to be, but the episode from Monday was awesome. I don't want to spoil anything, so I wont tell you anything about it.

After watching Season 1 which is only 6 Episodes I am telling its over-rated. Maybe Season 2 would be better!

Nah. Season 1 is decent but its a rather slow start and the characters... well, you don't really feel connected to the characters much.
Season 2 is the worst of all seasons of TWD. The whole season has like maybe 3 things happening it that are worth mentioning, the rest is just all characters hanging out on a farm.
Season 3 is where the series starts to really take off, and definitely one of the best seasons so far.
Every season after season 3 more or less keeps up the same quality; it drags a bit in the second half of season 4, but season 5 is great, and once the group reach their new main location, the whole series changes completely and pretty much feels fresh again. And right now, season 9 is running in the USA and its pretty damn good as well. It implemented not just one, but actually 2 (or 3?) time skips and the whole face of the show changed completely.

With The Walking Dead unlike most other series its so that its worst phase is actually the first seasons and it gets better and better later on, or at least stays quality.
Unlike series like Babylon 5 or Game of Thrones that are best in their first seasons and really start dragging in their last seasons. For Babylon 5 thats because the last season wasn't planned before and all the biggest epic storylines are already concluded by the end of season 4, so season 5 despite being good just doesnt feel as epic. And for Game of Thrones its because they've been throwing realism out of the window in the last seasons for the sake of epicness. Characters changing location by hundreds of miles in a matter of days, ravens apparently flying at supersonic speeds, etc.

Really, just give TWD a shot. Suffer through season 2, and then enjoy the great show that unfolds in season 3 and beyond.
