Having a high clock speed is great, like on a 4790K. But definitely not necessary for the majority of servers. Although some people just love to load up DarkRP and throw 150 leaked shitty addons on it and that'll bring even the high end stuff to it's knees.

Have time, Cause trust me it takes time. The add-ons are something hard to fix when there broken but yea

Keep the amount of addons on it low as it will take new people alot of time to load.
