Need Tips on playing Reaper

I really like to play him but I am not really succesfull at it I think I am not using the teleport right I get caught up and die easily can someone help me how to play it better

Holy crap dude, i watched a lot of reviews, guides, etc. Id just recommend targeting tanks in teamfights and using shift effitiently.
