Would You Rather Be Able To Copy And Paste In Real Life, Or Undo In Real Life?

I would rather have a possibility to not just "undo", but, uhm, "return to certain period/amount of time"

Copy and paste how? Like perfectly copying clothes and food? I immediately thought undo, but copy and paste could be really beneficial.
