Clan forum creation from forumdisplay or UCP?

Looking for someone to duplicate forum duplication to the front-end with standard settings either from the button next to Create New Thread or from the UCP, where you can edit forum titles, rules and description, inheriting permission from parent forum

Not exactly sure what you want but are you saying you want to be able to do things to edit forums without having to login to the acp?

Really confused by your description justme, can you break it down more?

Do you want a button next to the 'Post Thread' button on your forums?

yeap, give the moderators of a forum the ability to create their own clan daughter forums

This can be done but it may have some vulnerabilities.
