They said it probably not to have a trial in court. Is it legal? Poor for someone who bought a phone a month ago and then a new model comes out. I'm pretty much like many brands doing that.

Gotta love Apple. I love their phones but hate their ethics. Just a shame they're iPhones (or at least the recent ones, maybe not the brand new ones) are so damn good.

just buy the new phone, or get a new battery

I hope they would have slowed down mine. My battery of 6s plus is only ok for 80 minutes of screen usage !

I recently broke my phone and had to use my old iphone 5 until the replacement came.
It was basically unusable, 2-5second load time for basicapps and would just freeze. Seemed fishy to me, as it was all after an update

I could see their reasoning being legitimate. The cause makes sense, lol; after time, batteries deteriorate and become unreliable, causing death at ~20%, with the updates they provided, it uses less resources to prolong battery life. finally

Just don't use their cellphones. Get OnePlus 6 and be happy!
