Opinion on the blackout netcode?

I heard the netcode is worse than PUBG first month of release performance. For multiplayer tho they have 60hz instead of 20 hz on blackout. I wonder why they dont increase the netcode for blackout

Its obvious bruv. To save some bucks. But honstly it really doesnt matter. You dont see a diference
