SE Methods should be counted as resources

Title, i already once posted the same thing about ``accounts`` and it got accepted. I mean after all techiniclly they are resources!

Should probably be considered as resources given that yeah methods are shared to the community.
I think we need to revise a lot of the leak sections to ensure they are all covered in the system.

I got 2 mods to agree with my idea, wish someone who could make this change would like at it, just sayin.

That should be a thing, just like how normal methods are leaks as well. This could easily happen
