Wouldn't know cuz I had that extra skin chopped off. Prefer it that way.

Usually smegma happens with uncircumcised penises and it can be cleaned with just water. There's nothing that horrible about it. It just smells like poopy

I'm circumcised since birth. Haven't had the problem myself.
