OP: you can start with C, learn structural programming, then move onto C++ and Java.
If you're in it for learning easily just hop onto Python, you can do a lot of good stuff with it since the beginning.
But rather there are many concepts you need to understand about programming than just learning a language's syntax.

C # Is the best for application, but i suggest you start with Python.

You can get by with just front end web development and sell your website deisgn services to businesess. Some can earn a decent amount of money selling websites

it depends on the programming language...
html is a strong/easy base, also python...

If you want to start programming start with Java and learn the basics then you can move on to another language.

.NET is the best if you knew it good. And C++ is going with it.

it depends on your interest, if you want to code desktop applications you have to go through C ++, C # or java, but if you want to learn web development you have to learn the basic: html, css and php ...

If you are going to start and begin to code I would recommend starting with lua as you are then I would advance into Java learn some basic java then work your way up to probably C sharp

If you're new its really hard coding something for scratch.
