Ps4 is a great console, lmfao. Just because it has a problem for a few people doesn't mean it's a bad console. There's bound to be bugs, it's the first year of release. Things will get fixed as time goes along but there's not much you can really do. I'd recommend trying to Go into Safe Mode and Restoring your system to factory settings unless this problem has been consistent from the day you purchased the system.

If that's the case all you can do is get it sent into a shop unless you're tech savy and want to explore it for yourself.
