so I'm new to all this pen-testing stuff but i find it interesting asf i just need someone to show me where i can learn to understand how to read the readme. files a little better that'd be cool also where i could download this 41.1GB

1. Don't be a leach you don't get free content on this forum contribute don't leach and then you can unlock the download link.
2. readme files are a read me file that the author of program or whatever you downloaded wants you to read. (For example how to install something, what it includes etc.)
3. This is not pen-testing this is just leaked DBs that's all (you could use them in pen-testing but for example social engineering with their password from that leaked DB etc.)
