Simple somewhere there wasn't a lot of people, less people the less crazy it would be to start with.

Who will you take?
Only one person, a girl I know so yeah.

How will you survive?
Take whatever resources were near me (within my house) and leave. I do a lot of outdoors activities so I know a lot about survival.

I'd probably go to my friends house, it's in the middle of no-where, I'd grab some marijuana with me. At the very end, we'd all die, but I want to die happy, with a smile in my face.
