it's not the site itself, it's the users, they barely ever respond

In Hack forums, you need too much to get to a point of talking to other people. The ranking system limits you heavily, but it seems like an ok community

HF is a good site for all kinds of stuff. If you're technical it's a great place to learn and get resources.

Also it's a good place for discussions on like philosophy and politics too.

I have never been a fan of how the community was; toxic, non-responsive and just pretenders everywhere..
Other than that the site design wasn't something to write home about

Haven't really been part of the community because I was literally only just lurking but they've got some good sales threads IMO

i made a lot of money there too
