How do you deal with insults?

For some people being insulted/belittled is the only way they can achieve an erection.

if its just some random person ignore them , if its someone closer to you find out why they're insulting you then ignore them too

it's very hard indeed the insults are not very nice. I have many day

Life has so much less stress once you stop worrying about what people think of you.

I just take it on the nose. Unless I'm in a stressful mood or it is coming from someone whose opinion I value, I no longer take notice of people's comments.
If they don't have any real personal value to me, neither do their comments.

Couldn't care less what other people think or say about me, so I pretty much just ignore them.

What i do is i either laugh with them or i simply just ignore what they say and move on with life. This way they end up just leaving me alone.
