Is Litecoin dead?

What do people think about LTC? I have around 20 coins, do you think they'll be worth anything in the future?

Ethereum kind of took over for Litecoin, so I'd be pretty surprised if we saw any more serious growth with LTC. You can always hold out for a while to see if starts to go up again, but I'm pretty skeptical of that happening.
It's been on the rise for about the past week, but who knows how long that trend will continue.

no litecoin and bitcoin are in different algo... and the difficulties of litecoin are so low so the market value is low.. when the the miners mine LTC it will be in demand soon

I don't see much people using litecoin as of now. Most people are using either bitcoin or ethereum now.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat.. don't wanna get rid of them for a tiny fraction of what i paid so i'm just holding onto them in hopes it'll go up again later...

Also, keep in mind that Charlie Lee (creator of LTC) tweeted a year ago (when it was worth ~$300) that he expected there to be a multi-year bear market and that it would drop to $20 before it went up again... so who knows

If you are talking about mining litecoins. Go for it. However anyone who actually invests in crypto right now is setting themselves up for a loss. Crypto has stagnated considerably. All the smaller currencies are dead.

I do not think buying any kind of coins are worth anymore, because of the hype that was there last year, there will be just more and more and more.

I'm probably staying away from altcoins altogether for now.
