I changed it to the right software, you need to use this one.

I've always used https://ytmp3.cc/youtube-to-mp3/ and had no problems

I use https://loader.to/ because it can download playlists and it's online. There's alsohttps://yt-dl.org/, which gives you a lot more control, but it's command-line software.
