Don't use Udemy, i'm my opinion, it's trash.
I recommend you to read Tutsplus tutorials and abduzeedo, they have great tutorials for you.

Adobe Max online has a lot of free videos of the sessions from this years conference. There's a lot on photography and video, all free. It should be up for a few months. https://2018.max.adobe.com/sessions/max-online/

The best option here is Udemy, and look for the best rating, it helps a lot
