What do you do to calm down when mad?

I go to the fitness-studio and improve my strenght.
Sports for me, its usual key to calm down and improve happiness

I usually go for a long walk, or listen to calming music but it dosnt help always

Well i never really get mad, but when i usually listen to musik or play some violent video games

I used to hit something with my hand, or just think about another thing in my life.

I usually kill some baddies, in games. I used to like music but then I ended up attaching bad feelings to specific songs, and i stopped enjoying the.
