Need some more more sites that are teaching about html and css. Should be free

To be honest I never liked codeacademy or sites similar to that.
I would suggest you setup a local environment with XAMP
Then follow w3schools examples and learn from that and of course search for further information when you develop and learn trough google.

I'm using FreeCodeCamp and it is really well done. It's free and in my opinion it's better than CodeAcademy. Try yourself. Here is the link https://www.freecodecamp.org/

I use freecodecamp i think that it is the better and i like that it is free

But you can find a lot of good cheap courses on udemy. I suggest you The Complete 2019 Web Development Bootcamp by Angela Yu

I used https://www.khanacademy.com for a while when I was in alternative school, it taught me a lot of what I know today.

Pretty much, yes. I've visted the suggested sites, some of them were good

I can recommend visiting CodeAcademy of course. You probably know it already, I'm pretty sure it has got a C++ course too
