Looking on your phone after waking up?

Wow this will be really helpful! a lot of choices love it! thank you very much!

Checking your phone in the morning is not close to a phone addiction, i think its to see if you got any notifications whilist sleeping.

Smoking a cigarette and browsing my snapchat/instagram/reddit in the morning is my ritual.

I always put my phone on do not disturb mode when going to bed so it does not wake me up and wake up to like 100 notifications.

Well, I think the feel of needing to check for notifications directly after waking up comes close to an addiction

i always do it but have no notifications cos i have no friends lmaooooooooo

Its a bad habit for me, I'll wake up via my phone alarm then do stuff on my phone for like 2 hours and spoil the whole point of setting the alarm.

I always look on my phone well work might ring with my shifts and all

everytime i wakeup step 1 is to check my phone lmao

Everytime i wake up i looking at my phone to check any notifications , also i starting texting with my girlfriend
