Will Ashe affect the meta in the next season?

Yes, but not as much as say Brigitte or Ana have. She has very high DPS and a popular strategy will be to have a damage boost from Mercy so that you can 1-shot headshot enemies.

She has definitely affected the meta last season and this season. People have gotten pretty good with her and she has a higher potential damage output than some of the other dps. I've seen some Ashe's in diamond with an average of 12k damage per 10 min. Her dynamite is also pretty strong and Bob can be avoided but also can be annoying when you're trying to contest the objective.
