Looking on your phone after waking up?

Yes, because I get up and i go Inmediately to the bathroom and you know how well works a phone there.

Personally I don't consider it sad. I don't have a phone but I keep my iPod by my bed and check it every morning. I check for any emails or messages from friends. It can be important if your boss is texting you or there's some sort of emergency.

Unless you're on it all the time you're probably not addicted. Phones have just become more useful.

Usually, when I wake up and look at my phone it's because of an alarm. Once I've made a coffee I check Discord and NBB.

I even check my phone when I wake up to pee in night. Just look at my work email and little bit of Twitter. Phone takes most of the time for sure.... I even carry it to the toilet ?.... People are addicted to phones these days....

I always check my phone because of one thing: The watch.

About 80% of the time I pick up my phone is to check the clock, since I never wear a watch, and especially not in bed.
