Every new champion that Riot create is broken as hell in the first weeks or months. Sylas will work the same as other new "balanced" champs

better to release always new broken champs and don't balance this game. This is pretty nice from rito...

His ult on a 15 second cooldown at lvl 16 sounds obnoxious on paper, curious on how it plays out on live.
