Everyone says we need to drain the swamp, but it's the alligators that are simply wanting to make the water lower to make it easier to eat all the smaller fish. Trump is simply one of the more bloated, arrogant misogynistic alligators. The wall is just another diversion to allow the alligators to feed. Greed, pure unadulterated greed is at heart here. People use all sorts of things like religion, race, politics, to excite our inbuilt fear of difference. It's one of the true instincts we as humans still have, and they all feed on it. We all know the facts, the wall won't do anything to fix the problem, it's only an attempt to put a bandaid to make people "FEEL" better... INGSOC, 1984 it's here and we should be afraid.

I dont get the fuss all about this wall, this man just want things to be controlled and thats the only way, the legit people can pass through and the bad ones cant.

He wants the money to pay for the wall but nobody will grant him the money that is why the shutdown is still happening

I personally am 100% for the wall. The thought that our country still allows you to just show up and get what our own citizens cant get is crazy. Our taxes keep going up to pay for those that enter our country illegally. I get that they are are hard times but so are many of us. I am first generation born in the United States and my family on y Mothers side all migrated to the USA from Germany. It was done legally. Everything I own I have had to work for. I didn't get anything free. I didn't get any special rate on my mortgage or help with my college tuition.

I don't get free food or free health care. In fact my healthcare expenses have gone thru the roof ever since Obama.

Instead of charging our citizens more and more each year why don't we try and make things better for them. Instead we try to charge them more for everything so the government can give it away to those not from our country.
