Do you know a good program for audio and video encoding? I'm looking to find, but I have not found any remarkable.

Highly recommend handbrake man, it's probably one of the best i've used.

Adobe Media Encoder and also ffmpeg are pretty standard.

Sothink Video Converter best of all for .flv , set keyframe doing vids for vcws
