Dragon Userbar[Incomplete]

I made a userbar but stopped because it wasn't made in the right dimensions. Therefore it's incomplete, feel free to give me your thoughts.

Is it just the dimensions that kept it incomplete or is it also some of the design?

It was the dimensions, so I stopped while making it. I could fix the designs flaws if I wanted.

Yo dude that's pretty dope! How long did it take to make? And do you know if there are any tutorials online to make something similar :O
